Old mate Tbone can be viewed as a relatively socially awkward individual who doesn’t know when to stop talking. As well as joining Doc on AdventureFit Radio every week, he loves travelling just as much as he loves getting a laugh out of people.

Tommy is a current Crossfit coach at Schwartz Crossfit Melbourne and lover of Crossfit’s community as much as the sport itself. Outside his training, he enjoys getting his nerd on to astrophysics and conspiracy documentaries as well as meeting new people with a great story to tell every day.

“There is sooo much to do in this insanely awesome world and I don’t want to miss out on any of it! Travelling the world with likeminded people who make you laugh and back you to become better versions of yourself is the dream so get on board the movement my fellow human units!”
