Nick Sorrel got involved in gymnastics at a young age, trained and competed year-round until his junior year of high school & continued to be involved as a coach at the collegiate level and onwards. Sorrel is a CrossFit Level One Trainer, has led multiple gymnastics seminars for CrossFitters, and has four years of experience programming for and coaching gymnastics for CrossFitters. He is currently an owner and head coach at Momentum Thibodaux CrossFit.

In this episode, we get to listen to Nick’s inputs on gymnastics. We hear from him the main benefits of integrating gymnastics into a program, his best coaching practices & how he coaches for children and adults. Moving forward, we also get some awesome tips for basic exercises that everyone can generally benefit from and a few specifics for nailing those handstand pushups!
