Day 1 - Wednesday, May 22: Koh Samui > Koh Tao
On the first day of our trip, we fly into Thailand and get settled. There will be time for everyone to take in the sights and sounds of this exotic paradise. Later on in the day, we'll have our first group workout, and have our welcome dinner come the beautiful tropical evening.
Day 2 - Thursday, May 23: Koh Tao
First full day on the island of Koh Tao. We've got three activities scheduled for today. We'll start our day with some morning yoga. After that, we move on to our second activity -- rock climbing and abseiling! Get ready to see the island from a unique perspective as you scale the rocks and abseil your way back down, the amazing horizon of Thailand expanding ahead of you. Later on in the evening, we will have the option of taking a muay thai lesson and session.

Day 3 - Friday, May 24: Koh Tao
Starting our morning with a group workout before some much deserved free time after a full day of activities. Take this time to get better acquainted with the island of Koh Tao and the surrounding locale. Once we've all gathered back up, we'll embark on our booze cruise later in the evening. Hop on a boat, have some beers and sail to the backdrop of a beautiful sunset.
Day 4 - Saturday, May 25: Koh Tao
Today is a free day, giving you the chance to fully enjoy our getaway spot in the flavor of your choosing. See more of the sights and local hotspots on your own as you explore the island. Feel free to engage in as many activities as you can and take in the local culture. Experience Thai food in its homeland, traverse the flea markets, you name it!

Day 5 - Sunday, May 26: Koh Tao
For our fifth day, we have another set of activties. We first start off with a group workout, then move into the waters for discovery diving. Later on in the afternoon we do a group yoga session as the sun sets over Koh Tao, a great way to rejuvenate our bodies from diving.
Day 6 - Monday, May 27: Koh Tao
We have another group workout scheduled for today's first activity before moving onto something very exciting -- cliff jumping! Take on an exhilirating challenge as you choose from varying heights as you take the leap and dive into the waters below.
Day 7 - Tuesday, May 28: Koh Tao
On today's agenda: mindfulness and a shot at the island's night life. We'll start the morning with a meditation session. After that, we will have some free time on our hands until the evening. If there's any other places on the island you'd like to go, this would be the ideal time to indulge yourself. Come evening we will head out to experience the island's night life.
Day 8 - Wednesday, May 29: Koh Tao
Today is the last day of our trip. We wrap everything up and get ready to depart, all the while savoring the experiences and memories of Thailand's Koh Tao. Time to look back on an amazing week and many new friendships made. Group workouts, yoga sessions and epic adventure activities have made for an epic island getaway!
