Spend the day training with and learning from one of the best weightlifters in the world, world champion, Olympic silver medalist and GRID athlete Dmitry Klokov. Today we will enjoy learning a new skill, freediving! Challenge yourself this morning in the waters of Boracay, and after that enjoy a WOD in the afternoon. You can explore the island more in the evening and perhaps enjoy a relaxing dinner by the beach. You can opt to head out further and enjoy the nightlife or you can choose to spend the rest of the evening relaxing at the hotel.

Day 4 - Friday, November 4: Boracay

Up early for some yoga or just enjoy a sleep in because we are going for a morning of Ziplining! After that, be ready to boat it out and hop through the nearby destinations around the island. We will snorkel through the waters, visit and explore Puka Beach with its one-of-a-kind Shells. In the evening, we can organise a cooking class for you to learn how to whip up the best of Philippine cuisine, and eat too afterwards!
